Entering the HOMEPLACE Electric Bed Sweepstakes Include your name, address, phone number and how you heard about the adjustable bed contest and why you want an adjustable electric bed.
Contest Rules Only one entry per household, you will be disqualified if subsequent entries are made, must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Void where prohibited, no purchase necessary. Winner is responsible for all shipping, federal, state and local taxes. Winner is responsible for purchase of a mattress, pick-up of the adjustable bed or all handling/shipping/delivery and insurance costs. Winners are required to execute an affidavit of eligibility. Winners must be willing to sign a consent form for the use of their name, photo or drawing depicting their likeness without compensation.
